Terms for using the JBSCC operations connector.

1. Service scope

JBSCC provides an independent seller-operations connector for order, fulfillment, return, inventory, and reconciliation workflows. The public dashboard is a demonstration workspace. Access to marketplace APIs requires seller authorization and platform approval.

2. Authorization and acceptable use

You must have authority to connect every seller shop and account used with the service.
You must use the requested data only for the seller's authorized operational purpose.
You must not attempt to access another seller's data, bypass platform authorization, or submit false application information.
You must verify SKU, warehouse, and stock mappings before enabling any production update.
You must keep operator credentials, API secrets, and access tokens confidential.

3. Review and production boundary

The application may expose endpoints and screens for platform review before all production prerequisites are available. A review-ready callback, webhook receiver, or dashboard does not mean that live token exchange, persistent storage, signature verification, or ERP writes are active. Production use requires approved credentials, security configuration, authorized seller testing, and an operator decision to enable the relevant workflow.

4. External platform dependencies

Marketplace availability, authorization decisions, API rate limits, webhook delivery, account permissions, and platform policy changes are controlled by the relevant platform. JBSCC cannot guarantee that an external request will succeed or that a platform review will be approved.

5. Operational responsibility

Users remain responsible for reviewing order status, return decisions, warehouse quantities, and proposed stock changes. The reconciliation workflow is designed to hold mismatches for review; users must not treat synthetic dashboard data as a production record.

6. Availability and changes

JBSCC may change, suspend, or remove a demo surface to maintain security, respond to platform changes, or correct an operational issue. Public endpoints are provided for review and may not have the same availability or retention guarantees as a contracted production service.

7. Independent application

JBSCC is not an official Shopee website, Shopee-owned ERP product, or Shopee representative. Shopee names and trademarks belong to their respective owner.
